Terms of Service
The terms, in plain English.
The basics
These terms cover the use of this website and, at a summary level, how engagements with Wallai work. Every paid engagement is governed by its own signed statement of work; where a signed agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement wins.
Quotes and pricing
- Fixed, written scopes. Every engagement is quoted in writing before work starts. No proposals-by-surprise, no hourly meter running quietly.
- The AI Opportunity Assessment is $1,497 flat. If you go on to a first build with us, the full $1,497 is credited against that build.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars unless the quote says otherwise, plus applicable taxes.
What you own
- Your data stays yours. Sharing data with us for a build transfers no ownership of it.
- Deliverables transfer to you on full payment — the systems, prompts, documentation, and training materials built for your engagement.
- Wallai retains its general know-how, methods, and any pre-existing tooling used to deliver the work.
What we commit to
- The data commitments in the Privacy Policy (NDA first, structured handling agreed in writing, deletion on exit) apply to every engagement.
- Scope, timeline, and the first-result commitment for your project are stated in your quote, and we're accountable to what's written there.
Sensible limits
- This website's content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
- AI outputs are checked against your own data as part of every build, but no consultant can guarantee business results that depend on your market and execution; the specific commitments we do make live in your signed quote.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement.
Booking and cancellation
Free strategy calls can be rescheduled or cancelled any time through the TidyCal link in your confirmation email. Paid sessions can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
Questions
Anything unclear, ask a person, not a portal: [email protected]. I reply personally, usually within a business day.
