Hi, I'm Steve. I build it, and I stay until it works.

I spent 16 years selling inside corporate, ten of them at Pfizer, in roles where the discipline was simple: find the signal in the data, act on it, prove it paid. I started Wallai to bring that discipline to companies that can't afford a big-firm consultant and don't want another slide deck.

Half of what gets called an AI problem is a CRM nobody updates and an ERP nobody can read. I fix what's actually broken. Sometimes that's AI. Sometimes it's plumbing. Either way I build on your own data, train your people to run it, and stick around until it lands. You're paying for the outcome, not the buzzword.

Wallai is me plus my in-house engineering bench. I lead every engagement myself; my engineers build the APIs and dashboards with me on the bigger projects.
