How the work is priced

One staircase. You always know the next step, and the price.

You don't pick a service off a menu. You book a 15-minute call, and each step earns the next one. The Assessment is a flat $1,497, credited. A build is one fixed number between $10K and $95K. Both quoted in writing before any work starts.

How this works

Three steps, in order.

You don't pick a service today. You book a call. Each step earns the next one.

  1. Free

    The 15-minute call.

One call, one problem. You leave with one fix you can make this week, whether or not we ever talk again. No prep needed.

  2. $1,497 flat · one hour · credited

    The Assessment.

I go through your operation and hand you three to five moves, ranked by dollar impact and how easy they are to ship. Small enough to say yes without a board meeting. The full $1,497 comes off your build if we keep going.

  3. $10K–$95K fixed, by scope

    The Build.

One painful workflow, gone, or a full live dashboard on your ERP. Smaller builds start at $10K; the biggest system builds run to $95K. Either way it's one fixed number, quoted in writing before work starts, first proof in 14 days, and I don't leave until it's running without me.

Your one-page plan

The workflow, the tool, the guardrail, and the next move, with an owner on each.

“I ran exactly this across a six-department engineering firm. Twenty-plus pain points scored, and one automation surfaced worth an estimated $15,000–$40,000 a month.”

Prefer hands-on, or ongoing?

Some owners don't want a one-off build. They want me alongside their team while they learn it (Concierge), or on a monthly retainer that owns the AI side and keeps it current as the tools change (Fractional AI Partner).

Not sure which step you're on? That's exactly what the free 15-minute call is for. Tell me where the week goes and I'll point you at the right one.
